Forward of the Meeting elections in Andhra Pradesh, Telugu Desam Celebration chief N Chandrababu Naidu together with Jana Sena supremo Pawan Kalyan introduced a Backward Class (BC) declaration geared toward uplifting underprivileged communities within the state.
Addressing a big gathering of ‘Jayaho BCs’ at Acharya Nagarjuna College in Guntur district, Naidu unveiled a 10-point BC declaration designed to propel the progress of backward communities.
Among the many key factors, Naidu highlighted a plan to supply a month-to-month pension of Rs 4,000 for all BCs aged 50 and above. Moreover, he pledged an allocation of Rs 1.5 lakh crore over the subsequent 5 years for the BC sub-plan.
Emphasising that the BC declaration solely focuses on advancing backward communities, Naidu outlined the dedication to upliftment within the area.
The ten-point BC declaration consists of –
1) Fee of Rs 4,000 month-to-month pension for all those that crossed 50 years of age.
2) Enactment of separate laws for the security and safety of BCs.
3) Spending Rs 1.5 lakh crore on the BC sub-plan within the subsequent 5 years.
4) Reviving a 34 per cent reservation for BCs.
5) Restoration of incentives for financial progress and offering employment alternatives.
6) Caste census as per legislation.
7) Revival of fee of Rs 10 lakh underneath ‘Chandranna Bheema’ scheme and growing ‘Pelli Kanuka’ scheme to Rs 1 lakh.
8) Handing over everlasting caste certificates.
9) Revival of all schemes to encourage training amongst BCs.
10) Completion of BC Bhavana and group halls inside one 12 months of forming the federal government.
