The Mumbai Metropolitan Area Growth Authority (MMRDA) appointed Sandeep Shikre & Associates because the Architectural and Venture Administration Marketing consultant for the proposed slum rehabilitation scheme at Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar in Ghatkopar.
The redevelopment venture spans roughly 33.15 hectares and goals to rehabilitate 17,000 slum dwellers, with a complete venture price of Rs 306 crore. The venture will pave the best way for the growth of the Japanese Freeway from Cheddha Nagar in Ghatkopar upto Thane.
Along with this, MMRDA has chosen the three way partnership of Rithwik and Soma for the event of depot land and building of depot infrastructure at Dongri Village close to Bhayander for Metro Line 9(Dahisar -Mira Bhayander).
Moreover, the authority has appointed the NACPL- MANSI – UCC consortium for the excellent design, provide, fabrication, and erection of pre-engineered constructing structural metal works for Metro Line 5. This contains entry and exit constructions, in addition to the execution of inside and exterior architectural finishings, plumbing works, and inside fit-outs for six elevated stations on Metro Line 5(Thane – Bhiwandi – Kalyan).
These stations—Balkum, Kasheli, Kalher, Puma, Anjurphata, and Dhamankar Naka—type a part of Part I of this metro hall, which stretches roughly 11.8 km.
