A 32-year-old tribal man allegedly dedicated suicide in police custody in Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh, following which 4 personnel, together with the station in cost, had been suspended, an official stated on Saturday.
The deceased, Dharmendra, was held by Pandhana police on Friday after a stolen bike was seized from him, Khandwa Superintendent of Police Manoj Rai stated.
“He was saved within the police station lock-up the place he hanged himself from the window utilizing a quilt. He was taken to Pandhana hospital after which to the district hospital the place docs declared him useless.” he stated.
