A girl in Telangana’s Rangareddy district has appealed to the Centre to facilitate the protected return of her daughter and grandchildren, at present stranded in Saudi Arabia.
In a letter to Exterior Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and Amjed Ullah Khan of the Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) – a Muslim political social gathering in Telangana, the girl, recognized herself as Sabera Begum, and urged them to intervene in rescuing her daughter’s household.
The lady claimed her daughter, Saba Begum, and her three kids have been in Saudi Arabia.
She alleged Saba’s husband, Ali Hussain Aziz Ul Rahman, a Bangladeshi nationwide working as a driver in Makkah, divorced her over dowry calls for.
He then abused her bodily and confined her to their home.
He additionally restricted Saba from maintaining any sort of communication along with her household, she alleged.
Rahman later married one other girl, and subjected each girls to bodily abuse, Sabera alleged.
Within the letter, the girl claimed Saba and her kids had managed to flee to Jeddah and have been looking for refuge at a resort.
