The Telangana Medication Management Administration has busted an unlawful drug manufacturing unit in Sangareddy district and seized a banned drug price Rs 8.99 crore.
The drug officers, in a joint operation with the Prohibition and Excise Division, seized 90.48 kg of 3-methylmethcathinone, which is also called 3-MMC or metaphedrone, from PSN Medicare Personal Ltd at IDA Bollaram.
In keeping with officers, metaphedrone, which is used recreationally by drug addicts, was being manufactured within the unit and exported to Europe in enormous portions.
Through the shock raid at PSN Medicare Personal Ltd, officers discovered the manufacturing of illicit medicine on the website underneath sure code names. The inventory of the fabric with the code title ‘YLV01’ was detected on the website.
The stated materials ‘YLV01’ was manufactured on the website with none batch manufacturing information or manufacturing logs.
