The UPSC Friday postponed the Engineering Providers examination 2025 to offer enough time to aspirants to arrange following a change in scheme for recruitment of Indian Railway Administration Service officers, in line with a press release.
The choice got here after the federal government determined that the recruitment to the IRMS can be made by each the Civil Providers exams and the ESE.
As a way to give enough time to aspirants of ESE-2025 to arrange, the Fee has determined to postpone the ESE (Preliminary) and ESE (Major) Examination, 2025, mentioned the assertion issued by UPSC.
“The ESE (Preliminary) 2025 and ESE (Major) 2025 will now be held on eighth June 2025 and tenth August 2025, respectively,” it mentioned.
As per the UPSC’s annual programme of examination, 2025, the notification for ESE-2025 was issued on September 18, 2024, with the final date of receipt of functions being October 8, 2024. The ESE Preliminary /Stage-I check was scheduled to be held on February 9, 2025, in accordance with the foundations revealed by Ministry of Communications, Division of Telecommunications.
